Rebuilding the search index cache adds events to profile page under "postings" tab.

If a user creates an event, the event thread is added under their "postings" tab - This is normal.
But, if you then rebuild the search index cache and look under the "postings" tab again, there will now be a search result for the event as well.

    Before cache rebuild...

You can see the event is now between both threads. (See content type displayed on right of result).

This is reproduced on a completely fresh install that only has the Events add-on installed.

Reproduction steps (Better off testing on your dev/local installation to easily see whats happening):

    1 - Create an event
2 - Check profile page under "postings" tab to see that event thread has been created
3 - Go to ACP > Tools > Rebuild Caches > Rebuild Search Index > Rebuild Now
4 - Go back to profile page and check under "postings" tab, there will now be a search result for the event

Are you using any add-ons related to search?

I tested on a completely fresh dev install of XF that has no other add-ons installed
